My work is an exploration of time etched in metal. Through close-up photographs of old, rusting trucks and cars, I seek to reveal beauty in what is often overlooked or discarded. These vehicles, once symbols of power, freedom, and movement, now rest in silence, their surfaces transformed by weather, decay, and the slow artistry of rust.

Each detail—flaking paint, corroded steel, fractured glass—becomes a landscape of memory and resilience. What was once smooth and polished has been rewritten by time into abstract textures and patterns, a testament to impermanence. These intimate views invite us to reconsider not only the vehicles themselves but also the narratives they carry: of journeys taken, lives lived, and histories fading into obscurity.

By isolating fragments of these aging machines, I allow viewers to encounter them anew, not as relics of obsolescence, but as living canvases shaped by nature and history. My hope is to evoke both nostalgia and discovery—a reverence for the passage of time and the quiet dignity found in decay.
